Although many of my programs can serve clients worldwide, some services like in-person cooking lessons and chef prepared meals can only serve local clients. I am based in Westchester County, NY. For “local” I serve Westchester County and parts of Connecticut.
Condensed and Concise Coaching that is laser focused. Designed to guide, support and empower the person who needs a little help setting up goals and making an action plan. 3 sessions (105 minutes total) with 2 accountability check-ins.
6 Month One-on-One
This 6-month program includes two 60 minute sessions per month via zoom or in person. During our coaching sessions we will set goals, formulate action steps and work through road blocks. Together we will dive deep to help you develop good eating and exercise habits to make lifestyle changes for a lifetime of health and wellness. Also included is 1 email or text support between sessions, simple healthy recipes and handouts specific to your needs and goals.
This is an intensive one on one program in which a client is ready to invest in and do the hard work to dive deeply to develop good eating and exercise habits to make lifestyle changes for their overall health and wellness. In this 6 month program we will have weekly 45 minute coaching sessions at which time we will set goals, formulate action steps and work through road blocks. Also included is unlimited support via email or text between sessions plus two exercise meet-ups per week, pantry makeover, supermarket tour, cooking lessons for you (or the person who cooks for you), menu ideas w/ grocery list. A six month commitment is required. Chef prepared meals are also available for an additional fee.

Chef Prepared Meals
Maybe you are not the person who needs coaching or accountability check-ins but rather could use some help in meal preparation.
